Our Story
BestAdvisor was founded by SM Nahid, an aeroplane pilot based in Australia with a strong background in market research, data analysis, and user insight.
From an early stage, Nahid developed a deep curiosity about how products actually perform in real life. While many people rely on first impressions or quick reviews, he was always more interested in what happens after real use—after days, weeks, or even months. This curiosity led him to explore consumer behaviour, analyse real user experiences, and understand what truly makes a product worth buying. Over time, this became more than just an interest—it turned into years of hands-on experience in market research, product evaluation, and data-driven analysis.
After moving to Australia and completing his studies, he began focusing specifically on the Australian consumer market. For over 7 years, he has been researching how products perform for real users—what works, what doesn’t, and what actually delivers value over time.
That experience is what led to the creation of BestAdvisor.
